He now has 3 felonies dropped to misdeameanors but if they don't get dropped to violations or dismissed they will start the process of deportation.
His girlfriend bailed him out, they are having an awesome time, while the guy i was going to be with decided it wasn't a good thing for him to move in now, he sabotaged my relationship and is telling me not to go to court so the case can be dismissed, what should I DO?
should i screw him and go in and testify the truth or should i let him walk and allow him to be happy after for the last 4 years him and his girlfriend have made a fool of me and his 2 kids I have with him.
She approaced my 6 & 7 yr old and told them she was going to take their daddy far away as possible so they won't ever see him again..
