She will eventually not be able to go because the scooter will run out of a charge. What I would do, is estimate how much battery was left. Then figure out how far you could go on a typical charge. Multiple the percentage of battery left to the total range the scooter can go on a full charge and you’ll know how far that lady could have gone.
I would then go door to door asking if people have seen your scooter until I covered all houses within the estimated battery capable areas that lady could have gone to.
