Jazzy 1121 Mobility Scooter Malfunction?

when plugged into charge the mobility scooter flashes the indicators and then pops the circuit breaker, the amp meter on the scooter goes bezerk when the indicators are on. any pointers? oh and it dosn't charge.

This is the motorcycle section, not the wheelchair section. You’ll need to ask this question somewhere else.
If you’re popping the circuit breaker, then you’ve got a short to ground somewhere in the charging system. You’ll need to use a volt-ohm meter to check continuity and locate the wire or connection that is broken/damaged and replace it.
