I live in the UK,the best place to find advice on this is to check the DVLA or Direct gov website.
A mobility scooter is exempt from tax but you still need to display a tax disc.The DVLA will issue you one free of charge and i've attached a link to all the relevant documents down below.

Has anyone ever moved a motorbike out of Japan? Couldn't sell it so I'd like to try taking it out there.

I purchase a scooter in 2nd hand and now horizon-mobility, doesnt admite such insult, I have the proves that was a faulty scooter and 2nd hand as well £6600 is the hell, i live from benefits badly whit lots of problems.the problem is : nobody from the law for desabled people, no lawer, no court wants to now about this, so the people in UK they are alloweded to still, to put live in danger, because the scooter is faulty, no breakes all burn in the engins and !!!!!!

Wo can help me in this country whit this law problems, that people do every thing to earn money, and the auturities doesnt help, they destroy.

It's a 2001 51 reg (UK), I bought it with 1 previous owner with 76 kms on clock in ealy 2002. It now has about 250 kms on it. As you an see I have only used it rarely, but looked after it, changed brake fluid oiled bore etc. As I never use it I was thinking about selling it and wondered what it might be worth asking for it, it's in Scotland not far from Glasgow.

Here in Los Angeles and was wondering how much does a vespa s cost. Trying to have some leverage since the sales person won't give me a price to work around with. He told me to go out and find a cheaper price and he'll beat it. I want to find another sales person who can beat that price significantly so he can beat that price from the other sales person. Any suggestions? By the way he is selling it at msrp which is about $4,099. Thanks
