looking to make a scooter purchase and have narrowed my choices to these two bikes. i know of vespa's history and quality but not much on the other.

Are electirc or gas any better? I know Honda, Vespa and other brands are out there. What are some pros and cons of owning one, what are your experiences?

I am looking for a small tavel one,needs to be as light as possible as i will be lifting it myself (woman)

I am buying a second hand Vespa ET2 and I am looking at insurance deals. However the moped has been deresticted and has made the insurance either very high or non agreeable (ie the company won't insure it). Is there an insurance company that deal with modified bikes?
I don't really care much for speed and de-restrictions. Is it possible to re-restrict a vespa so insurance can be cheaper again?

I have a classic vespa scooter, and am in constant fear of it being stolen.
Can anyone recommend a lock (either chain or cable) that acts as a good deterrent? It's just that my wheels are too small to feed a big lock through...

I want to buy an electric or kick scooter to go to work (1 mile). I checked some Razor scooters, but their weight limit is for kids (up to 120 pounds). I weight 135, is there a scooter on the market for me?
