A P series Vespa may be what you&#039;re talking about. The spare tire is located under the left cowel (if you are sitting on the bike). They were first manufactured around 1978.
Vespa has put spare tires on a couple of models throughout the years. There are 1960s era Vespas with a spare tire behind the leg shield (where a glove box would be placed). Vespas are just designed for ease of maintenance. Well, older ones were at least.</description>
